He shrugs, and sighs.
"And indeed, Loki's pain and anger are so clear for me to see; and from the stories of my people I know how cruel his fate was. It is painful to see him reduced thus, and I would gladly find a way for him to have the freedom of this place: - but only if I may make sure that none other are endangered by him! I would not unleash the anger of Loki upon this place I am sworn to protect."
