OOM: Taking Sameth to Gotland again

Teja is in the forge, gathering a few things he is meaning to take to Gotland and show to Aligern -- for Adalgoth had told him that he would come to see them, soon.

It would, of course, be cheating history -- but then, Teja would gladly give his people any reasonable help he may.

No fire-arms, of course.

And then, of course, in the end, all his aid might result in could just as well be the development of the famous Ulberht swords that Teja has read about...

"Mogget is a very unique creature," Teja says, rubbing Count's cheek.

"He is and Count's charming enough on his own so he didn't need that much help to learn how to get people to do what he wanted."

"Count is a very clever cat," Hilde says. "May I hold him?"

Teja hands him over. Hilde holds him in the crook of her arm, and scratches Count's jaw.

"Don't forget your dinner," Liuta laughs.

"Count's had enough of all of our dinners but you want to grow and be strong."

"I want to get strong and go viking and be the terror of the seas!" Hilde says, giggling wildly.

"Then you should eat the rest of your dinner,"

He grins and goes back to his food.

Hilde grins, sticks out her tongue briefly at Rauthgundis (for some reason), then starts applying her attention to her dinner in earnest.

"You're wonderful with children," Liuta says.

Sam shrugs and smiles, "I just like them."

"He may be my apprentice in some things," Teja says, "but he can do things I cannot: - and not just magic!"

"But you're good with children, too!" Hilde protests.

"Not really," Teja says, and Adalgoth chuckles, like one that knows better.

"Maybe you're just better than you think you are and thank you,"

Its nice to know he does things that Teja's proud of.

"It is not a thing I need to be good at," Teja says.

Hilde giggles. "But you are! We like you!"

"And if Hilde approves, then you really are."

Teja laughs -- truly laughs! -- at that.

Hilde giggles wildly, and Adalgoth starts laughing as well: - he is very amused at the utterly flabberghasted expression on Aligern's face.
