OOM: A New Kind Of Nightmare
After speaking with Charlie, of his nightmare and the memories it had touched, Teja had been somewhat wary of sleep, himself. He has memories aplenty that might assail him while helpless in the thrall of sleep.
But it cannot be put off forever: - even dark dreams must be faced, by way of dealing with the darkness of one's own soul! When he finds that his pen stills on the parchment, in the middle of drawing a sword-pommel that he would make, he gets up, banks the fire, and curls up in his blanket, on his narrow bed, made narrower by all three cats that pile in with him. Maybe, their presence will keep the barely remembered faces of Lykos and Dresos at bay?
