OOC post: extreme interpretation -- what 'really' happened to Teja in his Greek captivity

I wrote this in an email to carolinw; I can just as well keep it on here for reference, but locked, because this is NOT meant to be public knowledge, not even among the muns. I don't want Teja seen as a poor raped and broken victim full of trauma; he is NOT. He survived, but doesn't take it as a reason not to go on living reasonably sensibly afterwards. What happened to him is not an excuse, ever. He isn't traumatised, he took a decision; he is dark, not broken.-

No; this is just a bit of background information for my own reference, and me getting off the fence I've been sitting on about this issue, for the benefit of people interacting closely enough with Teja so they'd get a vague idea that something might have happened to him at some point in the past.-
